How to install the bearings into the rear upper wishbones

STEP 1

Remove both dust caps on each bearing to avoid damage during the installation process.

STEP 2

Place large ring of the supplied tool set on the press with the grooved side facing upwards (PIC 1)

STEP 3

Place wishbones on this side of the tool. It should slide perfectly into the slight groove

STEP 4

Place bearing on top of the wishbones

STEP 5

Place the small ring on the bearing according to PIC 2

STEP 6

Apply pressure until the small ring meets the wishbone. Now the bearing sits exactly in the middle of the wishbone (PIC 3)

STEP 7

Mount both dust caps and make sure the side facing the wishbone goes INSIDE the wishbone

STEP 8

Install wishbone and do not forget the two brass shims (one on each side of the bearing).
